The Palace has three levels of cellars across with one part

Ground floor rooms are ideal for offices, restaurant, kitchen, conference halls and a ball-room. The remaining floors have a space to create hotel rooms to up to 60 guests (single, double rooms and suits).
Since 1995 the following developments and renovations took
place:

144 new anti-braking windows were
replaced all designed to fit the style of the property and with the supervision
of specialist conservator.
- Complete renovation of the building foundations that included: cleaning, drying, isolating, installation of drain-pipes.
- Demolition of some inside walls. Cleaning wall plasters inside the building.

Cleaning all outside plasters.

Old anti-lightning installation was replaced with the new one
both on the building and around the park.

The neighbourhood of the well prospering farm opens a possibility of keeping horses and carriages and also ensures delivery of fresh home-made foodstuff.

The partner would have to bring sufficient financial means to cover the
expenses connected to the ongoing renovation works and start off the activity
in the form of:
